Endor

Endor (also known as the Forrest Moon of Endor) is a small moon that is locate in the Outer Rim Territories in a star system of the same name.  It was the location of a vital Imperil outpost that contained a shield generator that protected the Death Star.  Which was later destroyed by the Rebel Alliance with the aid of its native inhabitants the Ewoks during the Battle of Endor which saw the end of the Galactic Civil War and most of the Galactic Empire.  After its destruction the shield to the Death Star was dropped so I could be assaulted and destroyed.

Endor is roughly 4’900 km in diameter and is about 43’300 light years from the Galactic Core.  It is a mountainous planet covered in rich forests and savannas.  Because of its forests it has a very small amount of surface water.  Even though it is a moon it has two moons Endor I and Endor II.  Its native Inhabiatants   

Alderaan

Alderaan is located within the Core Worlds.  In the sector and star system of the same name. During the years of the Galactic Republic it was ruled by Queen Breha Organa but her husband Senator Bail Organa was the planets representative.  It was later destroyed by the Death Stars superlaser under the order of Grand Moff Wilhuff Tarkin because of its links to the Rebel Alliance during the galactic Civil War.  One of the remaining survivors of its destruction was Princess Leia Organa who is the adopted child of the Queen and Senator   

 

Alderaan looks a fair bit like Earth from space. It is a blue and green sphere with a couple of patches of clouds.  Like earth it has vast oceans and grassy hills.  It has very few plains as it is a very mountainous planet.  Alderaan is given the nickname of “the planet of beauty” be the rest of the Galaxy because of this.  Places of such beauty here include the Cloadshape Falls and Isatabith Rain Forrest.

Hoth

Hoth is also one of the more recognisable and well known of the Star Wars.  It was the temporary location of the rebel headquarters (known as Echo Base) during the Galactic Civil War until it was discovered a probe droid that was sent out by the Empire in search of the Rebel Alliance.  It was later destroyed during the Battle of Hoth by the Blizzard Force (an elite imperial force).

 

Like Tatooine it is also located in the Outer Rim Territories and therefore is separated from the rest of the universe.   It has one sun and three moons.  It is the fifth planet from its sun and has an asteroid belt.  As it is the fifth planet from its sun it if covered in ice caps and glaciers.  The temperature is reasonable during but at night the temperatures can drop to below -60 degrees Celsius.  Although Hoth has a very scarce surface it is inhabited by tauntauns (large reptilian creatures that are often ridden) and wampas (huge aggressive creatures).
